One inbox, and a person reads it

There is no contact form on this site. Forms on small company websites have a habit of posting into a void, so we have left it out and published the address instead. Email reaches us directly and you get a reply from a human rather than an automated acknowledgement.

Ways to reach us

Route one

Email, for everything

General enquiries, proposals, contract documents, data protection requests and complaints all go to the same address. It is monitored on working days.

We aim to reply within two working days. If a request needs research we will acknowledge it inside that window and tell you when to expect the substantive answer.

Post, to the registered office

Formal notices, service of documents and anything that has to arrive on paper should be addressed to the company at its registered office.

This is a statutory registered office address. It is not a shop or a drop in office, so please do not visit without an appointment arranged by email first.

Before you write

Four lines that get you a useful reply

You do not need a specification to email us. But an enquiry that answers these gets a real answer instead of a request for more information.

  1. What the software has to do

    A paragraph in plain language is plenty. Who uses it, what they are trying to get done, and what happens today instead.

  2. Whether anything already exists

    An existing system, a half finished build, a spreadsheet doing the job, or a supplier you are moving away from. This changes the shape of the work more than anything else you can tell us.

  3. Any date that is genuinely fixed

    A regulatory deadline, a contract start, a season. If there is no fixed date it helps to say that too, because it changes what we would recommend building first.

  4. A rough budget range, if you have one

    Not a negotiating position. A range lets us tell you honestly whether the thing you have described is buildable for that money, which is often the single most useful answer we can give.

Practicalities

Hours, channels and the things we do not have

Email is monitored Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales. Messages arriving at a weekend are picked up the next working day.

  • We do not run a live chat widget, and nothing on this site tracks you.
  • We do not use third party lead capture services, so your address is not passed anywhere.
  • Meetings are arranged by email, held by video call or in person by agreement.

Specific requests

Where particular things should go

All of these arrive at the same address. Putting the right words in the subject line simply gets them to the top of the pile.

Data protection requests One month
Requests to access, correct, erase or port your personal data, or to object to processing. Put "Data protection request" in the subject line. We respond within one month of verifying your identity, as set out in the privacy notice.
Contract and policy documents On request
Our standard terms of engagement, our data processing agreement and our insurance position are sent on request, before any commitment. Ask and you receive the documents themselves, not a summary.
Security reports Welcome
If you believe you have found a security problem in something we run, please write with the details and give us a reasonable period to fix it before publishing. We will not pursue anyone acting in good faith. We do not operate a paid bug bounty.
Complaints Acknowledged in 2 days
Complaints are acknowledged within two working days and answered in writing. If a complaint concerns how we have handled personal data and you are not satisfied with our answer, you can escalate to the Information Commissioner's Office, whose details are in the privacy notice.
Recruitment and sales approaches No response promised
Unsolicited sales and recruitment approaches are read but not usually answered, and the two working day aim does not apply to them. We have no open vacancies advertised on this site.
